Digital Sovereignty is an individual's full ownership of the technology they own. It is the full (or partial) optimization of the technology owned to meet the needs of the owner. Digital Sovereignty ensures that the technological device belongs to it's owner as long as they need it, without it forcing the user to pay a subscription based service to use any of it's features. Finally, Digital Soverignity is ensurement that a users technology, does not violate the user's privacy.
